As someone who really hates dealing with returns and refunds, I was relieved by how easy this was. My refund came through fast and there was no hassle at all.

I was feeling mentally drained, so I appreciated that the product info was straightforward and easy to follow. I didn’t have to dig around much, and I found what I needed quickly.

I found the parts I needed quickly, which made the whole process feel way less frustrating than I expected. Checkout was simple too, so I felt good about getting it done without any hassle. A few pages loaded a little slow, but overall the site worked well for me.

I ordered from GoWesty and was a little unsure how the core charge refund would go. It took a bit longer than I expected to show up, but I reached out to support and they got back to me. In the end, everything was sorted out just fine, which was a pleasant surprise...

I had a GoWesty part fail a few months after installing it on my van, so I reached out to them to see what could be done under warranty.

They asked for a couple photos and my order details, which was totally reasonable. The only thing that bugged me was the delay between replies. It took a few days each time, i was starting to think if they didn’t come through, I’d probably take my business somewhere else next time.
In the end, they approved the warranty claim and sent out a replacement, so I do appreciate that they stood behind their product. Not the fastest experience, but they were fair and easy enough to deal with. I’d give them 4 stars

I’ve taken it on plenty of trips now and it’s been running just fine. No problems to report, which is really what you want from an engine, start it up, drive, and not have to worry about it.

I ordered the parts on Monday and they were at my door by Thursday, which was faster than I expected. To be fair, that’s a solid turnaround, and I’m happy with how smoothly it all went.

No returns, no weird modifications, just bolted the parts on and called it good. Happy with the whole thing.

They did really solid work on my Westy. I always notice the little stuff first, like how clean everything looked when I got it back, and then halfway home I realized, oh yeah, the van is actually running great too. Smooth, no weird surprises, just a good feeling overall. Really happy with the job

My item ended up being on backorder, but the whole thing was handled well. They kept it moving and I didn’t feel like I was left guessing. Overall, I’m happy with how they dealt with it.

Based on this install, I’d say their instructions are generally solid, just not always perfect. I’d give it 4 stars

I had to send a part back, i was expecting it to be a whole annoying ordeal, because returns usually put me in a bad mood before I even start. But this one was actually straightforward. The instructions were clear, no weird back-and-forth, and the refund showed up faster than I figured it would. I was dealing with it in between making lunch and trying to figure out why my dog was barking at absolutely nothing, so I appreciated that it didn’t turn into a big project. Nice when a return just gets handled without any drama.

They got back to me quick, and the way they explained everything was real clear, I thought. No confusion much at all.

I reached out to GoWesty with a wiring question on my Vanagon before ordering parts, and I was expecting a quick, maybe somewhat generic answer telling me what kit to buy. Instead, when they got back to me, the response was actually useful. They pointed me to the right diagram and explained what I should check first, which helped a lot.
The only downside was the timing. I was in the middle of the project and figured I’d hear back sooner, so waiting a couple days was a little frustrating. That said, once they replied, the help was solid and it saved me from just guessing or throwing parts at the problem.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I’m usually a bit cautious when trying a new place, but they were so nice and approachable that I felt comfortable right away.

I bought a few Vanagon parts a while back, maybe years ago now, and most of them still hold up fine. One bushing did wear out earlier than I was hoping, but overall the stuff was solid and been doing the job.
